The following schedule outlines the assessment collection process for the Village of Becks Pond Maintenance Corporation. Residents are encouraged to pay assessments on time to avoid additional fees and legal action.
Notice of Assessment
Due April 30th$175.00Annual assessment due by April 30th. Timely payment avoids all subsequent fees and collection actions.
Step One
June 1st- $40.00 Demand Letter fee
- Interest on unpaid assessment
- 25% Delinquent Assessment Services Fee (minimum $100.00)
Step Two
July 1st$346.00 Package- Delinquent Services Package ($346.00) — includes Notice of Lien filed with NCC Recorder of Deeds
- $400.00 per court appearance
Step Three — Legal Action
July 15thUnresolved delinquencies are referred for legal action, which may include:
- Civil Suits in Court of Common Pleas
- Wage Attachment
- Levy & Constable Sale
- DMV vehicle information requests
